Program Description

Text messages are sent by the Wheelers Family Auto Group dealership you contacted, which is one of
the following: Wheelers Chevrolet of Medford, Wheelers Chevrolet GMC of Marshfield, Wheelers Chevrolet
GMC of Wisconsin Rapids, Wheelers Chevrolet of Coloma, or Wheelers Chevrolet of Merrill. Messages are
delivered by SMS and MMS through our messaging provider and may include: sales inquiries and
responses, vehicle availability and pricing information, trade-in and financing follow-up, service
appointment scheduling, reminders and confirmations, repair status and vehicle pick-up notifications,
parts availability, customer service replies, and promotional offers, events, and specials. Message

How We Collect Mobile Information

We collect mobile phone numbers and SMS consent when you submit a form on our web site, complete a
credit or trade-in application, schedule service online or by phone, sign a purchase or service
document, or otherwise provide your number and agree to receive text messages from us. We record the
date, time, and method of your opt-in as proof of consent.

Mobile Information Is Never Shared or Sold

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or

that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you
want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to
you again. Opt-out requests are honored immediately. If you have opted in to more than one of our
messaging programs, replying “STOP” to one program does not cancel the others; reply “STOP” to each
number from which you receive messages.
